Kinnesswood is an ideal base for walking, cycling, fishing and of course golfing. (St Andrews, the home of golf, is an easy drive).
Excellent food is available locally, with restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Kinross, a small country town, is five miles away and offers a large choice of restaurants including Chinese. Indian and Italian as well as traditional Scottish fare. Edinburgh, Perth and the beautiful Highlands are only a short drive away.
